TC Smash

TC Smash Neeroeteren was founded on 1 September 1973, with Rik Vanden Bosch as its first chairman. Tennis activities in Neeroeteren had already begun in October 1972, in the sports hall, under the guidance of Mia Snijkers-Arits and Chrit Fabry. The club is affiliated with Tennis Vlaanderen and strives every year for the quality label Youth-Friendly Tennis Club. With more than 150 youth members, the youth programme is an important part of the club.

In addition to winter training sessions in the sports hall from September to April, the club organises summer camps in July and August, with overnight stays in tents on Thursdays. Every year there is a Youth Day featuring the finals of the club championship, an afternoon of games and a ceremony honouring the champions. The club also organises Tennis Fundays and a Kids-Parents Day on which children play tennis together with their parents. In addition to tennis, the club also offers padel.
