About the club

Founded in December 1953 by six members, the R. Wolu T.C. obtained its "Royal" title in 2005 on the occasion of its 50th anniversary, at which point it already had more than 60 titles to its name, including a first Belgian Championship title won in 1971 by its Veterans 45 quintet. Affiliated with Tennis Wallonie-Bruxelles under registration number 1057, the club is located in the Stade Communal de Woluwe-Saint-Lambert, a facility dedicated to around ten sporting disciplines. It takes part in official competitions in both summer and winter, and offers the Fil Rouge, an activity open to all players, affiliated or not, throughout the summer season. The club's tennis school, created in 1983 at the request of the municipality, was managed by Michel Bruyaux until 2008.
