About the club
The Royal Zoute Tennis & Padel Club, located at Astridlaan 7 in Knokke, served as a backdrop for several scenes of the VRT series "Knokke Off". The club organises annually the Knokke Zoute Ladies Open, an ITF tournament with W50 status and 50,000 dollars in prize money and WTA points, and the Junior Roller Open, a wheelchair tennis tournament for young players. In 2025, club members Luna Gryp and Alexander Lantermann won the first junior Grand Slam doubles title in the history of wheelchair tennis at the Australian Open.
The Zoute Tennis & Padel School provides training camps and lessons during the Easter holidays, summer holidays, autumn holidays and Christmas holidays, with an ITF-certified wheelchair tennis coach among its ranks. Every summer the club welcomes a Padel Summer Gala with world-class top players. The club also collaborates with the Johan Cruyff Foundation for an annual European Junior Camp.
