About the club
Tennis Oude-God Sport is a family club in Edegem (Kattenbroek 15) with a clear focus on youth. Since 2024, the club has held the Youth-Friendly Tennis Club label from Tennis Vlaanderen. For children aged 3 to 14, there is Kidstennis, a lesson programme that works with a colour system (white, blue, red, orange, green, yellow). Teenagers aged 14 to 17 can join BREAK!@TOGS, with lessons focusing on technique and match play. Adults can choose from several formats: (Re)Start2Tennis, KeepOnTennis, IntoClubTennis and IntoCompetitionTennis.
Every year, the club organises a children's tournament, a Parent/Kids day and a Tennis Vlaanderen tournament. Children and young people receive the 'Toggertjeskrant' annually, a club newsletter whose first edition dates from April 2021. The club also collaborates with football club Ik Dien FC, including for a joint New Year's reception.
