The Royal Hasselt Yachting Club was founded in 1938 and has more than 500 members. The club is a family club with a private character, located at the end of the canal basin in Hasselt, and combines tennis and padel with water sports, pétanque and cycling trips under the name RHYC on Tour. The tennis lesson offering is aimed at both beginners and advanced players, with a focus on technique, fitness and enjoyment of the game. The padel courts are accessible to club members and guest players, with members receiving a discounted rate. The club is recognised as a non-profit organisation and is managed by a professional board.
