TC Tennifun

TC Tennifun was founded in 1984 by four friends, under the leadership of Johnny Wautraets, who is still president. The club has more than 400 members and is based in Hoegaarden, in Flemish Brabant. During the Easter and summer holidays, the club organises tennis camps for children aged 4 to 16. Young competitive players can count on a programme combining group and fitness training, in collaboration with physiotherapy practice LOS for injury prevention. During the summer season, members are entitled to free and unlimited reservations, and they can participate in Tennis Vlaanderen competitions. Athletes with disabilities pay half the normal membership fee. The club has maintained a smoke-free policy since 31 December 2024, in accordance with the legal requirement for sports clubs.
