Koninklijke Breese Tennisclub

The Royal Bree Tennis Club (KBTC) was founded in 1940 by a number of enthusiastic families from Bree, at the time still under the name "Breesche Tennis- en Watersportclub" (Bree Tennis and Water Sports Club). Located along the Zuid-Willemsvaart canal, the club was initially also a place for swimming and canoe trips, but the water sports section gradually disappeared. In 2025, the KBTC celebrated its 85th anniversary. The club currently has approximately 400 members, including around 100 youth members.

All tournaments and activities are organised through Tennis Vlaanderen. Youth lessons are divided by level (white/blue, red, orange, green, yellow) and start from the age of 4. For adults who are not yet affiliated with Tennis Vlaanderen, there is a Start 2 Tennis series of 8 hours of group sessions and 2 hours of supervised playing moments for 99 euros. The club also regularly organises a Ladies Night and a Men's Night.
