DAVID LLOYD LEISURE TER ELST

David Lloyd Leisure Ter Elst was founded in 1982 by David Lloyd, a former professional tennis player, with the intention of building a high-quality sports and wellness centre for the whole family. Tennis has been central to the concept from the very beginning, complemented by padel, squash and badminton. The club is part of a European group of 149 premium clubs that aims to be carbon neutral by 2030, in line with the objectives of the Science Based Targets Initiative.

For children, there are regular programmes such as Tennis Stars, aimed at building skills and confidence through sessions tailored to age and level. During school holidays, the Holiday Club combines tennis, swimming, creative activities and playtime. Most DL Kids activities are included free of charge in the children's membership.
