R.T.C. MALMEDY

About the club

The Royal Tennis Club Malmedy has one of the oldest histories in the country: tennis has been played there since at least 1891, fourteen years after the first edition of Wimbledon. The club was restructured in 1901 under the name Lawn Tennis Club Malmedy, before being granted the royal title in 1998.

The association Balle de Break - Malmedy ASBL oversees training throughout the year, with winter courses running twenty weeks and spring/summer courses running eight weeks. Sports camps are organised during school holidays, mainly focused on tennis, sometimes combined with other activities. The club also offers padel, with a dedicated coordinator and instructor. Tennis membership fees are set by category (adult, spouse, student, child, family), with a reduced rate for registrations before 1 March.
