About the club

Founded in 1891, the Royal Tennis Club de Spa is the second tennis club established in Belgium, after the one in Brussels. It currently has approximately 440 members. The École Spadoise de Tennis, associated with the club, organises courses and training camps for all levels. In 2025, a Pickleball court was inaugurated on the site. In winter, an inflatable bubble allows play on two covered courts.

The courts are available for hire to both members and non-members. The annual membership fee includes lighting on the outdoor courts, Ethias accident coverage and affiliation with Tennis Wallonie-Bruxelles. The Brasserie du Tennis, run by Charline Donnay and Marius Polderman, welcomes members and visitors several evenings a week as well as on Sunday lunchtimes.
