TC Nobel

About the club

TC Nobel in Aalter has existed since 1967, when Patrick D'hoore, Claudine Delhuvenne and Thérèse Larmuseau took the initiative, after they had already marked out two courts at the current location in 1965. The club is affiliated with Tennis Vlaanderen and recognised as a non-profit organisation since 1978. In 2025, TC Nobel achieved the label "Youth-Friendly Training Club Silver". For the youth programme and adult lessons, the club collaborates with the Tennis and Padel School Aalter under the leadership of Donald Van Landschoot and Filip Van Duyse. The youth programme is based on the KidsTennis concept of Tennis Vlaanderen (from age 3) and on lessons for advanced young players, supplemented by holiday and competition camps in July and August. Every Monday there is a Double Mix. The club also organises high-level tournaments, including the Cave Gaëlle singles tournament with categories H1 2 stars and D1 1 star. Participation in lessons requires a membership with TC Nobel.
